yogahaven was founded in 2003. The yoga teacher training course was set up in 2006. Our centers throughout the UK offer all kinds of yoga, traditional and contemporary styles as well as a unique style of hot yoga, that we call Leela yoga. Leela means “play” in Sanskrit and our philosophy is that yoga ought to be liberating, fun and joyfully experienced!
