Hot Yoga Instructor Training 2009/2010

Yoga instructor training will start in September of 2009 with a two week break in Morocco followed by two weekend Yoga courses in Birmingham.
We are thrilled to be taking our Yoga instructor training course from Birmingham to a stunning location on the South coast of Morocco. Planned comprehensively, in such a way that will enable you to become indulged in your Yoga instructor training, whilst taking great pleasure in the warmth and synchronisation that this beach resort presents. Yoga Courses Techniques and Practice
Study how to practice and teach, Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Chanting, Mantra and, of course Meditation. The main beliefs of observation, demonstrating assisting, rectifying, instruction, teaching methods, virtues of a teacher and the students development of learning and the business facets of yoga, Anatomy and Physiology.

Practical anatomy combined with physiology
Subtle anatomy or as it is otherwise known, Charkas and Nadis is the study of the topic and its submission to yoga practices as well as its benefits, Yoga Philosophy or Yoga Lifestyle and Ethics for a Yoga Teacher
Includes study of yoga lifestyle and yoga philosophy and principles for becoming a yoga teacher. Our yoga teacher training course in Birmingham will cover 23 days, totalling 180 intense but gratifying contact hours and a minimum of 35 non contact hours by the way of course work and on going self study.
