
Allie Campbell- Hill is the founder of Yogahaven and has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years. She has taught yoga internationally from studios in the USA , Vancouver, Canada and Pure Yoga in Hong Kong before returning to the UK to open a yoga centre of her own. In 2006 she completed an Ante-natal teacher training course at The Life Education Centre and is currently participating in a Foundation course in Yoga Therapy with the Bio-medical Trust in London.

Chris Swain graduated as a prize winning Osteopath in 2000 with a degree in Osteopathy and since then has been working as an Osteopath in London and Brighton . He has had research published and written articles for national papers on health and posture. During his training he attended dissection at Guys hospital and was privileged to be taught anatomy by Dr Hutchinson, a surgeon from Guys hospital who made preparations for the classic book, Grays Anatomy. Chris regularly teaches anatomy and physiology to yoga practitioners, teachers and body workers throughout the UK . His aim is bring the subject of anatomy alive through the use of models, colourful visual images, anecdotes taken from his working experience and interactive exercises.
Chris has been practicing yoga for over 23 years and teaching since 1986. He has further studied Shingon Buddhism which emphasises both active and passive systems of meditation (sitting and dynamic movement) with intensive studies of yoga philosophy, notably the Yogacara philosophy of Asanga and Vasubandhu. He received initiation into this vajrayana tradition in 1993 after living as a full time student with his teacher in a temple.

Sally Brooks was trained by Kristina Ireland & Julie Martin and has been teaching Astanga Yoga for 4 years. Before her Astanga career, Sally had her own studio in Brighton called the Energy Store for 17 years. She has taught for Nike, Adidas and the Fitness Professionals both at home and abroad. Her years of teaching experience has given Sally the ability to offer clear and knowledgeable instruction with a caring approach so that her class participants feel both energised and safe.

Kathryn Varley is a contemporary practitioner of thirty years. For the past ten years she has maintained a formidable profile as a yoga therapist, both in the community and in primary and secondary residential units for those in recovery from substance misuse and abusive habitual patterning. On her exploration of the psyche, she brings yoga to both residential patients in Psychiatric Hospitals and day care patients. She develops programmes for all those on a spiritual path wishing to invite balance and harmony into their life and now presents modules for teacher training to raise awareness of the joys and challenges of teaching vulnerable adults.
