Our story began with a chance meeting on the beach in Brighton in 2003, where founders Allie Hill and Krystal Nash first met. Later that year, the first yogahaven studio opened, creating a welcoming space built on expert teaching, inclusivity, and a genuine love of yoga.
Over the following two decades, yogahaven grew into a family of six studios and became home to
thousands of yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training graduates. Throughout this
time, we developed a reputation for delivering high-quality yoga teacher training, combining
traditional yogic philosophy with modern anatomy, alignment, sequencing, and teaching
methodology.
Today, our focus is centred at yogahaven Clapham, where we continue to deliver some of the most respected 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training courses in London. Our experienced lead trainers are passionate about helping every student build confidence, refine their teaching skills, and develop a sustainable career in yoga.
